going into the 6th week
I have been enjoying the experience at Grub's even though like I said I am doing more observing. Friday was my last day of Spanish and I am soooo excited. People don't give enough credit to cooks sometimes - they don't have it easy. Being yelled at by the servers and trying to make all the food correctly and in a timely manner gets frustrating I am sure.

It surprised me as well on how important it is for the FOH and BOH to coordinate! And how difficult it is at times too, especially when it gets busy and everybody seems to be rushing at a different pace! At the end of every night though, it all seems to come together! Hope you're enjoying Grubs!
